Best months to travel
Napa is pleasant year-round; spring bloom and harvest (Sep–Oct) are peak. Summer is warm and busy; winter is quieter with tasting-room focus.
Common questions
Sonoma is often calmer and more varied (coastal influence, Pinot, Zinfandel). Napa is classic Cabernet country. Many guests do both on consecutive days.
Private full days are usually 7–8 hours door to door. Half-days run about 4 hours.
