Best months to travel
Spring and autumn are the sweet spot across the whole route — warm days, cool desert nights and the lowest rainfall. Summer is intense inland but glorious on the Atlantic coast.

Comfortable furnished tents with real beds and shared facilities; dinner over open fire with Berber drumming.
