Private Morocco tours
Explore private Chefchaouen and northern Morocco tours from Tangier or Fes, with Tetouan, the Rif and flexible overnight stops.
Northern Morocco combines Tangier’s port-city energy, Tetouan’s Andalusian heritage, the Rif mountains and the blue lanes of Chefchaouen. It is the natural first route for travellers arriving by ferry from Spain, but it also connects well with Fes for a wider Morocco itinerary.
Chefchaouen can be visited as a long day from Fes or Tangier, but an overnight changes the experience. The lanes quieten after day visitors leave, and the next morning can be used for a short walk or the road toward Akchour. A multi-day northern loop makes room for Tangier, Tetouan and the coast without rushing each transfer.
The catalogue is still growing in this region. The page will enter the main sitemap once at least three qualifying northern tours are published; until then, the existing private Rif route remains available below.
Routes to compare
New routes in this collection are still being reviewed. The planner can shape a private itinerary around the same region, length and interests in the meantime.

Planning notes
Tangier is the shorter approach and works well after a ferry or flight. Fes is useful when Chefchaouen connects the imperial cities to northern Morocco.
An overnight gives you quieter streets in the evening and early morning and makes an Akchour extension easier.
It can begin with collection after a ferry arrival in Tangier, but ferry tickets and border timing should be confirmed separately.
Three days can cover Tangier and Chefchaouen. Five or six days allows Tetouan, Akchour and a slower pace.
